Five stars don't seem to be enough! I have nothing but praise for the operation of the company and their communication. They always answer their phone, and seem to have your case status at their fingertips. Seth, the technician, had brand-specific training, and went through all the diagnostic steps before making an assessment.

I had already had bad experiences with “Good old boy” appliance repair, and their BS. Those guys opened the refrigerator and announced that we needed an “obfusticator module” or “equivocator sensor” and said they would have to order parts. Over 2-3 weeks and several unanswered phone calls later, they answered (when I called from a different number) and weren’t sure about the parts.

Mid America was a breath of fresh air! Seth ordered parts from my kitchen the first day and told me the shipping date. The office stayed in touch with updates over the next 3 days, and narrowed down the service appointment to a few hours. Everything was as promised. Seth did a complete repair very quickly and repeated the test procedures to make sure it was all functioning correctly. He was very tidy and respectful of my home, health, and dignity.

I heartily recommend Mid America Service. They are truly professionals I won't be calling any other appliance repair company.
