Christmas Nights of Lights

Are you wondering where can I see Christmas lights in Indianapolis that are set to holiday music? Look no further than Christmas Nights of Lights at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

Drive through over 1million lights that set the fairgrounds aglow with dancing displays. Synchronized to carols on your car radio, these Christmas hits include traditional classics and holiday hits to rock out to with your kids.

When: November 12, 2021 – January 2, 2022, dusk-10 pm (later on weekends)
Where: Indiana State Fairgrounds
Cost: $30/car (carload and group rates available)

Broad Ripple Lights Up Parade & Festival

Christmas lights in Indianapolis are even better when they’re part of an evening of entertainment. The village of Broad Ripple will host a free day of holiday activities in their Wonderland Village with kid crafts, Santa visits, live reindeer, music and food. At nightfall enjoy a twilight parade before a holiday light display and Christmas tree are set aglow.

Christmas at the Zoo

The Indianapolis Zoo has earned national acclaim for its spectacular lights display, earning top honors in USA Today’s 10 Best Zoo Lights list for the past three years. Not to mention that it’s the oldest zoo light display in the nation, starting over 50 years ago in 1967.

This year the Zoo has added even more lights to its beautiful displays of animals, holiday scenes and the stunning Tunnel of Lights. Campfires, hot chocolate, and holiday train and carousel rides complete a night of family fun.

When: November 20, 2021 – December 30, 2021 | 5-9 pm
